Chat Authentication in Omnichannel

If Anyone has worked on configuring chat Authentication setting in Omnichannel, please contact me. I need an urgent help for the project.

We have configured the authentication feature following MS doc and sample but every time we run it, it gives error that JWT token is not passed.
