Hi Supporter,

Is there any way to control the submitter from changing the prepayment information after submitting the PO? We would like to restrict the submitter from modifying the prepayment details once the PO is submitted. Thank you in advance!/

Hi,

Here's how to restrict the submitter from modifying prepayment details after a Purchase Order (PO) is submitted:
1. Define Security Roles:
Create a security role or use an existing one to define permissions.
Ensure that this security role doesn't have edit or modify access to prepayment details on a submitted PO.
2. Use Workflow and Approval Processes:
Implement a workflow and approval process for your POs.
In the workflow, make sure that any changes to prepayment details require additional approval.
This way, if a submitter tries to modify prepayment details on a submitted PO, it will trigger an approval request.
3. Customization:
If the out-of-the-box security and workflow options don't meet your requirements, you may need to consider customization.
