We have a Workflow configured so that when a user Certifies a Production BOM it requires an Approval. In the Example below, the user changes the Status of the Production BOM to /Certified/ and it automatically goes to /Pending Approval/.
The /Approver/ opens up the Production BOM's List and Sorts by Status.
The Approver opens up this Production BOM Card and hits the /Approve/ Button
The Status changes from /Pending Approval/ to /Certified/, but the Card also jumps to a completely different Card
If I do the same exact exercise, without sorting the Production BOMs List beforehand, the card will stay on the same Card I'm approving.
This is the behavior we are expecting. Any help would be appreciated.
