Which version of PCCharge and ICVerify is supported with RMS 2.0 SP3 (2.0.0126)

I am looking at integrating PCCharge or ICVerify with RMS 2.0 SP3 (2.0.0126) for EDC.  As per the knowledge base, only ICVerify versions 2.5 and 2.6 && PCCharge 5.7.1, 5.7.0 Release K, 5.6.2, and 5.5.0 have been tested and are supported with RMS 1.2

Our local bank has advised us that the latest version of ICVerify is 4.0.4 and PCCharge is 5.9.3

Can anyone tell me what versions of both ICVerify && PCCharge are supported with RMS 2.0 SP3 (2.0.0126)??

Do NOT use ICVerify. The latest version (4.04 I think) stopped supporting the file interface that RMS used. We were told to go to 4.04 for PCI issues, then when we did it stopped working even after I was promised it would. As a result we went to RMS 'Preferred Acquirer' processing. It costs us a few more cents per transaction since we are using VITAL/TSYS but we don't have to buy ICVerify every year so it's actually cheaper based on our transaction count. It's also faster.

    Anthony,

PC Charge has the same problem.

One can use the built-in RMS for any TSYS account,

Microsoft's Online Payments for First Data,  PayPal and CyberSource

TPI (now HyperCom, now Verifone) SmartPayments software,

Mercury Payment's Gift card interface or use their own gateway,

Retail Realm's software for Mercury Payments,

New West Technogies software.for PPI Payments

The last two utilitze the new iPAD from Magtek that uses tokens to communicate with a processor instead of passing the actual credit card number across the Internet.
