we have MS Dynamics AX & CRM 2013 , we integrated 2 system , when we request new item in RMT , its go to AX -Purchasing dept for approval , its approved in ax but when we check status in CRM its Open with Procurement dept for approval although its already approved in AX , for that reason we cant Quote .
please give proper solution and how to do it ?
