Dynamics 365 for Marketing trial

Dear good day, I need to install a Dynamics 365 for Marketing trial, but I get an error when installing the application:

Your selected Dynamics 365 organization entitlement doesn't match your tenant. Paid tenants require a paid organization, and preview tenants require a preview organization


Is it possible to tell me how to solve?

    I am unsure what steps you followed, but this article explains the correct way to sign up and install a free trial of Dynamics 365 for Marketing.

    Hi Carlos,

    A common case is that you might be attempting to add a trial on a paid instance, which is not possible (it works similarly to Sales or Service apps). If so, you would need to create a trial on a brand new instance.

    I have try to set up a free trial by follow the article which Adrian has shared, but it didn't work, I don't see the tile of marketing.

    Hi Wudi Y,

    In some countries/regions, Microsoft offers concierge trials instead of self-service trials. If you do not see the Marketing tile on trials.dynamics.com, then go instead to this sign-up page to request a call back and get started with a concierge trial, in which a consultant will help you setup and get started with your trial.
