I need help with the workflow and the errors I am receiving.
I have set up a purchase invoice workflow with notifications and an email configuration using a Microsoft 365 Email Account. The workflow runs, but it stops in the Job Queue with a 'Notification Entry Dispatcher' error: 'Could not send the email messages. Try again later.
I can't find the reason. This error message doesn't provide much information. Users have assigned permission 'Sender,'for E-mail from which notifications should be sent. Or the reason could be that this email account should use SMTP instead of a Microsoft 365 Email Account?
