to map services in an order one can use items with item type service or resources.
whats the difference, when should one use the one or the other in orderlines?
main differences i know:
* resource: one can set working times, etc.; when booking the order no item ledger entries are created but resource entries
* item with item type service: item ledger entries are created although there is no inventory handling, in the item list inventory is shown as - (empty), in the card page a negativ inventory is shown after booking. can that be changed? has the inventory any impact in that case?
