Adding Products in Entitlements

I have configured all the relevant Product Families and Products on CRM, and added Entitlement records for all our customers. All attempts to add Products to the Entitlement records fail. The search button can't find them. What could possibly be wrong?

    Hi,

    try below

    1. check your product lookup view filter setting.

    2. click on add button then only search for the record.

    dont use below highlighted area to find

    3. Make sure you deactivate the Entitlement first

    I have realised that I need to Deactivate the Entitlement record to make it editable. The + button then becomes visible and Products can be added.
