How to navigate on SSRS reporting server of D365 FO

Hi,

I am getting this error in SSRS in FO.

"For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors"

In AX 2012, we can easily connect to SSRS report server location since it is within the premises. But how about in D365 FO online? How can I navigate the report server to enable remote errors so we can identified the exact root cause of the SSRS error.

Thank you in advance!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi knives1991,

Have you tried to replicate the error on your Dev environment? If you can replicate it, you can try to investigate the issue with the report there.

    Hi Gunjan,

No I can't. It seems data related issue. I consider the point the configuration of my devbox to UAT where I can replicate the error, but I am not sure how can I debug it either since the report is from ISV and it is currently locked. I can't view code from their package/model.

    Hi knives1991,

I would suggest you restore UAT data to Dev and check if you are getting the same error. Even if the code belongs to the ISV package and you cannot debug the issue, you will be able to enable remote errors on the Reporting services and figure out the exact issue. You can then reach out to the ISV to check if they have a solution to the issue.

Can you tell how can I enable remote errors on the reporting services in my devbox?

    Thanks
