Journal Batch Error Because of Factbox V25.1

When I open the specific journal batch this error appears but others do not
I'm trying to open another batch and hide facebox and return to the problem batch again.
it's work.
But what's the solution to this error some of the users don't have another batch.

Yes, it looks like you are encountering the issue due to customization. Uninstall it and check again.

I think it is caused by customization. Due to code reasons, it causes runtime error.

It is recommended that you uninstall the third-party extension and try again.
