
HI everyone,
One of my clients has an issue with sending documents in Email in GP 2013. Recently she has switched to Office 365 on her local machine; but there is Ofiice 2013 on the Citrix Server which GP is located on.
This issue has started after this transition. I know that that we have to define the user's profile on Office 2013 which I did, already. and she is able to export smart list reports to Excel or Word and email them in GP.
But, she is not able to send documents in Email in Sales Batch Entry> Sales Documents Print Option;
Usually, in this step a window should be popped up to enter the recipient email address; but it doesn't come up.
Could you please advise what the solution is if anybody knows and had such an experience.
