SQL Reporting Services reports

I am new to a company that is pulling all of their reports out into Excel and trying to manipulate data that way.  I am SURE it's faster and easier to have SQL reporting services to do that, however, I am stuck.

I am looking for a report that will allow a user to look up their territory and find customers that have not purchased a minimum of $750 over the past 9 months and what products that they have purchased.  What would my SQL query look like in order to accomplish this?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Customer ID

    Name

    From

    To

    Document = INV

    Individual invoice

    Total Amount

    Sales Person ID

    Territory
