Hi,
I have added default template in Email Templates. I have inserted a image here.
But image is not showing up in the email.

The reason is that there is only a html reference to a source of the image. The image itself is not embedded as internal attachement of the email. You would need a customization to get the image embedded or have the image on a public website or internal share which can be retrieved when the body is referring to this picture.
Where to place the image depends on the fact if you want to send the mails externally ir only internal.
I've had most success by having images served by an external webserver and using a link in the email to reference the image. Saves pumping the image through your email server, too. Downside is that recipient has to tell Outlook to download images.
