The error message suggests that the Business Central (BC) Outlook add-in is unable to locate the correct page. Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

    1. Verify Business Central URL in Outlook Add-in Settings

    • Open Outlook → Go to Add-ins → Locate the Business Central Add-in.
    • Check the URL configured inside the add-in. Ensure it matches your BC environment (e.g., https://businesscentral.dynamics.com with the correct tenant and environment).

    2. Check User Permissions in Business Central

    • Ensure your Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user has proper access to Business Central.
    • Go to BC Admin Center → Users and confirm that your user has the required roles (e.g., D365 Business Central User).

    3. Ensure Business Central Web Services Are Enabled

    • In BC, search for "Web Services" and confirm that required services like OData and SOAP are enabled.

    4. Clear Cache & Try Different Browser

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Try logging into BC via Incognito Mode or a different browser before retrying the add-in.

    5. Check Entra ID & OAuth Authentication Issues

    • Ensure OAuth authentication is configured correctly in BC.
    • Verify that your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) is linked properly to BC.
    • If using multi-factor authentication (MFA), try logging in via the Office 365 portal first.

    6. Reinstall the Business Central Outlook Add-in

    • Uninstall the BC Outlook Add-in and re-add it via:
      • BC → Assisted Setup → Set Up Business Central Add-in for Outlook
      • Outlook → Get Add-ins → Search for Dynamics 365 Business Central

If the issue persists, you may need to check with Microsoft Support by providing the Entra Tenant ID from the error message.
