1099-DIV alignment problems

The 2013 1099-DIV form has changed and when I print, address line 1 is to low on the form.  I am using GP 2010.  Is there any quick fix to resolve this?  I modified the report in the report writer but when I print again it is still pointing to the original form and not the modified form. Can anyone please help?  Thank you.

    OK - what's the trick to that?  I've changed the Alternate/Modified form security to look at my modified form and the original still prints....

    But when I go into 'Customize/Reports' and pull up the modified report, the change is there - it just isn't printing.  I'm doing this as sa

    You need to also change the Alternate/Modified form security to look at the modified version.
