Hello!
I will try to describe this as well as I can-
I have a few GP10 users that deliver SOP invoices. The process to create them and deliver them works fine, but the actual PDF attachment is skewing the font in places...mainly causing the "T" to double, though a few other anomalies occur.
This did not happen with the previous systems, which were Windows XP, GP10, Office 2007 and Adobe 9 Standard.
The new systems are Windows 7, GP10, Office 2010 and Adobe X Standard (due to the various incompatibilities between Adobe and Office). Forms Printer is build 36 on both.
I have downgraded to Adobe 9 to no avail. The "print to pdf" saved document looks fine. It is only the attached version in Outlook that has the issue. I have also checked and unchecked the "allow system fonts" feature in Adobe.
Has anyone else seen this or has any ideas where the breakdown is occurring?
Thanks!
Cheryl
