Dynamics GP extender needs to update it's cache

Hi

After installing the Analytical Accounting module, ran GP utility, I'm receiving the following error message upon attempt to launch GP client and not  able to proceed any further

'Dynamics GP extender needs to update it's cache'

 

Any help please?

    Hi Alaa,

    I found the following page which describes how to update Extender Cache

    Have you tried running the client as Administrator and logging in as sa? If you can, back up your databases and try the above routine.

    Thank you Jamie,

    The issue that GP freeze once that message pops up, It does not allow me to go further to reach that menu even though I'm using the SA

    Hello Alaa,

    What version of Dynamics GP are you currently using with Extender?

    The reason I ask is that beginning with Dynamics GP 2013, support of Extender went back to eOne so there is no longer Microsoft and eOne's versions of Extender and eXtender, but only eOne's version.

    If you are on GP 2013 or GP 2015, you'll want to contact eOne for further support.
