Hi all.

I created some buttons in my ORG1 and now i want to export this customizations to ORG2. I have created a solution with just the ribbon component from "add existing" button. I imported this solution to ORG2 but nothing happened.

You can confirm your ribbon customizations from customizations.xml file. If those are not there in your solution then try publishing your customizations in ORG1.

If you are importing an unmanaged solution into ORG2 then you need to do publish all as well otherwise your changes would not reflect in ORG2.

    Abdul,

I checked the customizations.xml and the button is not there. What can i do in this situation?I have created a solution in ORG1 with quote entity and the ribbon component and publish all, but the button is not in customizations.xml the same way

I click to customize the button and command, publish again and now i can see the button in customizations.xml.

But when i tried to import the solution i faced this error:

The ribbon item 'HStrattner.Form.quote.MainTab.Save.AddQuoteDetails' is dependent on <LocLabel Id="HStrattner.Form.quote.MainTab.Save.AddQuoteDetails.LabelText" />.

    SOLVED:

Problem1: Button not showing in customization.xml

    - On RibbonWorkbench, click customize button and customize command. Then, publish solution

Problem2: Error The ribbon item.... is dependent on....

    - The symbol "$" appeard in Tooltiptitle, Alt and label. I just clear this lines and put another text and then publish again.
