I found ending block on Online user. I tried to remove a record on sysclientsession but not help.
Please help to suggestion.
Just AX Admin see ending block but for the others see online

Are you able to restart the AOS service? That will clear all caching related to online users. Do you know what could have happened? E.g. a process was killed or someone tried to end the session from the online users form?

Thanks for reply. I can fixed it by clear data usage and delete AUC and KTI files.

If it is related to one user only, you can try do delete the AUC and KTI files, but probably the restart of the AOS would be more effective.
It seem like bug.
Just one user see ending block on user online but the others see online status.
