How can I get Access to Cloud Customer Bc?

Hy, I need to get Access to the BC from a Cloud Customer, He activated the Partner-sign-in and signed me in as a guest User in AAD with Admin-Role, but what else is to do? We could not find the Dynamics365 Applikation in the list for the assignment.

Could anyone pleased tell the correct steps, so that Im able to migrate Datas for him (Just one example).

The customer’s partner should add your account as delegated admin of the customer’s tenant via the CSP Portal.
