In the documentation provided by ServiceNow regarding the integration of Dynamics (link to documentation here), it specifies that when establishing connection, a user with Global Admin (GA) privileges must login using their account in order for the integration to function properly.
Due to company policies, GA accounts are deactivated after 2 hours of disuse, which subsequently causes the integration to fail. Are there lower level roles that can be used instead of global admin that will result in successful integration?
