Hi,
I have a on premises D365 F&O sandbox deployed.
any time I try to import new users from AD. Only a small number of users are visible to me; the most are hidden.
Can someone identify the missed steps or any suggestion?
Hi Mr.Mandeep,
Thank you so much!!
your suggestion has solved our issues.
Hi Avinash,
1. There might be a sync issue between D365 and Windows AD that is causing a restricted user population.
2. You can add Active directory users manually (instead of import via AD).
3. If the users are unable to login after adding and assigning rights then check the active directory federation service managed account and ensure it has Authorization in Windows Authorization Access Group.
Hi Martin,
Good Day. Thanks for your reply.
We have more than 500+ active user in AD. when i click the import button to add an new user in dynamics only 10 users are visible.
You need to explicitly select the user to import. Tick the leftmost column of the grid row before pressing the button.
