Need to print Additional receipt for EVD on MPOS

Hi Experts,

I have a customer who has retail stores. They need to print telecom rechargeable cards(EVD) out of POS. EVD is Electronic Voucher Distribution. Telecom companies have provided us with end points, we request for recharge card for let's say 10 USD, it will give us a pin. Now with the normal receipt, we need to print one more receipt which will have Pin number and other instructions. Is it possible in MPOS to have different multiple receipts?

    Yes, it's possible but through customization. You can print additional receipts/voucher in addition to customer receipt.

    Hello Usama

    Its easy to customize this scenario.

    Create a new receipt format and attach with profile by customization from Ax side and customize logic in POS side to print along with sales receipt.
