Not able to open mailbox for CRM trial account in Outlook.

Hi,

I want to open mailbox to check mail transaction of CRM account but I am not able to open it. 

I don't know whether it is due to trial account. 

Can anybody please suggest me? I want to make sure that CRM user have there own mailbox and can perform mail transactions.

I am trying to open using https://outlook.office365.com/

Please suggest me if I am trying to open from wrong url.

    Hi,

    go under office.com

    If you see the Mail tiles, you need to open a support ticket by MS

    If not you really don't have a license, then click on the Admin tile then active user. Chosse the desired user and assign it an office 365 license.

    Hi,

    I am using trial account of 30 days. There is no tile of Mail.

    When I click on user and try to change setting of Mail in 'Mail Settings' Tab, it says 'This user doesn't have an Exchange Online license.'

    Do I need to purchase license?

    Can I check without purchasing license even for 30 days?

    Please suggest.

    Hi,

    I think when you created your trial, you only choose the crm part. I would recommand you to create a support ticket in the trial admin center. MS will surely guide with a free trial version for outlook connected to crm :)
