Hi all,
i've got a dilemma. I've got users who need to alternate between 2 email domains. All users are registered to Dynamics using our main primary email address and I've setup queues which has their inboxes approved for server side sync. This allows me to switch the "from" field when composing emails from the user email address or the queue email address when required.
Now this all works find and emails come through as per usual using the queue email address. The interesting thing is that when I use the Customer Service Hub app in Unified Interface and the old Dynamics 365 interface I'm able to search, find and use the queue as the from email address.
The only problem is that when the sales guys are using the Sales Hub app in the unified interface we're only allowed to search within users of the CRM in the from field. Is there a setting I'm missing in the module apps that I have to enable to include queues as a from address in emails when composing?
If it's available in the Customer Service Hub then I'm assuming it's a function that can be toggled for all other apps including the Sales Hub app.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Again to reiterate:
The below screenshot is from the Customer Service Hub which allows me to select from queues in the from field
But the below screenshot from the Sales Hub does not allow me to select from Queues
I've tried adding queues and queue items to the sitemap and views but to no avail.

I have the same question (0)Hi Mike,
That's because queue entity is not included in Sales Hub app originally.
To enable queue option in From field in Sales Hub app, please go with follow steps:
1. Open your Sale Hub app in App Designer in My Apps page.
2. Go to Components > ARTIFACTS > Entities and check QUEUE(it's not checked originally)
3. Save and Publish your app!(otherwise you still can't see queue option)
4. Then you shall see it as expect.
