Hi All,
Status in opportunity has 3 values. open, Won & Lost. Can we change the any of these values? If Possible then How ?

you have 2 types of status: statecode and statuscode.
You you are speking about statecode:
as you can see you can't edit it.
What you can change/edit/add is the statuscode (in progress, onhold,canceled, won,...)

I think it's impossible to change the status because it's preset for this Entity. We can just change the status reason.

Unfortunately you cannot change the status or add new status in Opportunity.
But you can add more options to the status reason. For e.g., the Open Opportunity has only 2 status reason like below:
You can add more options and use this field (Status reason) rather than Status (state code).
CRM provides Status reason for end users to customize and have their own values. Similarly you can have custom status reason for Won and Lost status as well.
You can customize the status reason field using the Field editor like any other field.
