Hello everyone!! My name is Veda Perez. I’m super new to Microsoft Dynamics SL!
It’s been such a challenge for me to grasp entering a credit memo....#deepsigh.
I’m sure it’s a simple process.
I just can’t figure it out.
What entry screen should I be on?
A step by step visual would be great. Lol!

Hi Veda, in the A/R module, you want to be in the Invoice & Memo screen. You can then choose the document type (Credit Memo). After you enter the CM, you can then go to the Payment Application screen to apply the CM to an open Invoice.
If you're trying to apply a Vendor's credit memo, you want to be in the Voucher & Adjustment Entry screen in the A/P module. Then choose the document type (Debit Adjustment). After you've entered the Debit Adjustment, you can then print a zero-dollar check to clear the new Debit Adjustment and an offsetting Voucher.
