    Hi, what language is it?

There are more that 25 languages for MS CRM which you can download, install (on the CRM server), and activate.

www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx check this link to download the language pack.

    Hi,

I am no sure this is supported or not, but I have not seen any post saying this is unsupported. So it’s worth a try.

I am assuming your base language is set to English.

Follow below steps to have organization in desired language you want.

1 – Go to default solution. Setting - > customization - > Customize the System

2 – Publish all your existing customization and click on “Export Translation”

3 – As a result you will get a zip file containing CrmTranslations.xml

4 – Open this translation file and convert all text listed under1033 column (this is for English language) to your desired language text.( this will take lot of time :) )

tabs are : Display Strings and Localized Labels

5 – once you are done with changing all the text, .zip it again and import translation back to original organization.

No wonder you will see all “English” text in different language after you import and publish all customization.

Make sure you make a copy of exported translation in case required in future(that will help you to import English language translation).

    Hope this will help you.

    Thanks,

    Vijay

    Dear Vijay ,

we already done that , but we have 3 major problem :

1- our language is similar to Arabic and we need to have Right to Left on it .

2- after translating Arabic or English , we still have some part that can't be translate .

3- we want to have Interface Pack like , so we have selection between English and Persian .

    With best Regards

    Hi,

Good to know that you are able to translate CRM UI in desired language.

1-    our language is similar to Arabic and we need to have Right to Left on it .

for this you can install a language pack that read from right to left and translate it.

For custom developed pages like HTML or Silverlight, you can refer below URLs,

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh670609.aspx

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/twe16yc2(v=VS.100).aspx

2-    after translating Arabic or English , we still have some part that can't be translate .

please state what parts you are not able to translate?

3-    we want to have Interface Pack like , so we have selection between English and Persian .

MS CRM has facility to switch between the UI language, that you can easily change using  file menu    ->option -> Languages - >UI Language

    Are looking for something different?

    Thanks,

    Vijay

    Dear Vijay ,

    Thanks for your answers .

as you mentioned , i tried to install Arabic LI and start to translate it .

1- can we change the name of Arabic to Persian ? ( in setting ) ?

2- after translating Navigation Bar is still intact .

I read that if i make new solution and add existing Navigation bar and export it .

it only have English and not Arabic so i cannot translate them .

Another part is : "Save" , "Cancel" , and "Create" that can't be translate .

3-I want to make and EXE file or something like that , so i can install it for my customers .

    Thanks again for your help

For the first two points, currently there is no provision at least supported way to change the Display Name of the installed languages and system or managed properties like "Saev", "Save and New" buttons.

For third point you can create a console application that will point to organization and will upload your localization. (but this you can anyways do with import translation CRM feature)

Please find below URL for translation messages,

    Thanks,

    Vijay
