Smartlist Builder - no data returned

On a new workstation install Smartlists that have been constructed in Smartlist Builder do not return any data for any user - even for the 'sa' user. If we log onto another workstation as either ' sa'; or a another user the list works fine. I have also check security - the correct permissions are there for the object and we can see and select it, but no data is returned. We have verified that SLB is installed on this machine. We are running GP 9.0. What might be causing this issue? It seems to be completely workstation related. Thank you!

Log into the workstation as the domain administrator, and see does it make any difference.

You could also try and copy over the contents of the GP application folder from the 'good' workstation and paste it into the application folder on the 'bad' workstation, to rule out any application issues. You will need to think about any local resources the 'bad' workstation might have first (like their own reports.dic). You should maybe back up the application folder on the 'bad' workstation first? and then copy over the contents of the 'good' workstation.

Alo worth checking your ODBC cnnection. Make sure it is exactly the same as the 'good' workstation one.
