404 error on B2B login

Hi All,

I am configuring the B2B ecommerce website, and I am trying to configure B2B sign.

Following MS documentation, I have created a new tenant, added user flows, and created an App registration. The app registration information has been saved in D365 Finance and operations.

When business partner is signed up, after running P-0001 job the business partner is loaded as prospect in F&O and when Propsect is approved related customer and customer hierarchies are created.

The customer hierarchy is related to B2B catalog too.

After all these configuration steps, synchronize customer and channel requests job is also executed.

I have also waited for more than 24 hours for the search index to get updated.

But still facing the same issue? Any idea how to resolve this issue?

I have created a support ticket with MS which has been open for more than 7-8 days now. They say that /GetCatalog/ API is not able to get information, but I can see that Catalog is assigned to my user and the Role assign is also Admin.
I have the same question (1)

    Hi,

We faced same issue and noticed that during signup we didn't fill "Given Name" and "Surname". Create user flow policies - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learndocument Create user flow policies - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. So it is better always to set these fields as mandatory fields.

Hi All, i'm jump in to the discussion because i've the same 404 problem for B2B although my scenario is slightly different..

We have done all configurations required in Microsoft Entra and HQ side, and the login itself seems working.

The things that is not, is that after the login all the pages that a user visit are blocked with error 404.

In the page i can see these data

    • "RetailServerErrorMessage": "The audience validation failed. Contact your system administrator to set up identity providers properly in retail headquarters.\r\n- If you are using Personnel ID and Password logon, make sure relying parties are correctly configured.\r\n- If you are using Microsoft Entra ID logon, make sure both relying parties and server resource ids are correctly configured."
    • "RetailServerErrorCorrelationId": "3f7b0072-abdb-478f-9d46-6bc98f0dc45b"
    • "RetailServerErrorCode": "Microsoft_Dynamics_Commerce_Runtime_InvalidAudience"

We have been stuck on this point for too long despite the help of support.

Does anyone issued the same and how did resolve it ?

    Thanks a lot
