hi 

I am trying to add dynamics 365 for marketing Module to my exist online dynamics 365 organization from the adminstration center,

I went through "Applications" tab then I started to manage "portal Add-on" and I created one for my organaization, then I started to manage "dynamics 365 for Marketing" inside the same "application' tab.

I was asked to enter instance and portal then I got an error message "Your selected Dynamics 365 organization entitlement doesn't match your tenant. Paid tenants require a paid organization, and preview tenants require a preview organization"

I have tried to reset and restart the portal and I did the same thing many times but still have the same message

what should I do ? 

any help would be appreciated :)

    Hi Ali,
    The portal that comes with the trial is configured as part of the First Run Experience (FRE) so there is no step to configuring the portal up front.  Because you configured it, the portal is showing as unavailable to the Marketing solution.  You will need to reset the portal and then on the Applications tab, please select the Dynamics 365 Marketing Application and click Manage.  This should kick off the FRE which will then ask you for some consents and then you will be asked to name the portal.  Once the application is installed, you should be able to move ahead.  If you receive the same error, then I would suggest you reset the portal, delete the trial and then download a new trial and start over which should kick the FRE off directly.

    thanks for replying

    it is a trail and I am in Jordan (Middle east)

    I have continued the prosses and it gave me that it needs 190 minutes to complete the setup

    after that in the application tab still the marketing is unconfigured

    and I have 2 errors in the marketing configuration

    "All of your portals are already in use. Please contact Microsoft Support for assistance"

    "No portals are available for your selected Dynamics 365 organization)

    Is this a paid instance or a trial instance?  And what Geo are you in?
