CRM workflow is not sending emails

I have a workflow in CRM, but they are not sending. I have different rules for different conditions to send email, and those are working fine.

I am trying to send email 1 day before the opportunity status changes, and our sales members will create/update the records.

Any issues with this flow?

    Hello jasonkim,

    If you are sending emails to , You need to use the Lead property.
