Does item adjustment transaction reflect to Inventory Adjust Costs?
We entered the transaction from Inventory>>Transaction entry>>(Document Type: Adjustment) to deduct the quantity. Then I opened the Inventory Adjust Costs, but this transaction was not there. Is there any way to show the item adjustment transaction here?

Adjust Costs is something totally different from Item Transaction Entry. Adjust Costs is where you change the costs on receipt layers of an item.
You would see the Item Transaction Adjustment in Item Transaction Inquiry.
