Purchase Order Enhancement Maintenance window missing GP 2010

Hi,

The manual advises to use the PO Enhancement Maintenance window to reconcile. This window is not in the documented path.

(Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Maintenance >> Purchase Order Enhancements)

The client is using GP 2010 11.00.2044

Can anyone please advise where this window exists?

    This window is available in the below path.

    MS Dynamics GP-->Tools-->Setup-->Purchasing-->Purchase Order Enhancements.

    Hi Soma,

    Thank you for the answer, but that is not the window I am after. That is the setup window. I require the Maintenance window that allows you to reconcile PO Enhancements. it just is not in the path the manual advises.

    1. First you need to activate the approval/commitments setup in Purchase Order Enhancement setup window(MS Dynamics GP-->Tools-->Setup-->Purchasing-->Purchase Order Enhancements).

    2. After activated the approval/commitments process, the reconcile window for purchase order enhancement will be added to the path Tools-->Maintenance-->Purchase Order Enhancement.

    Hi Soma,

    Thank you for that answer. I was hoping it would already be there. At this client they had turned on the Approvals, but then turned it off. When they try to turn it on again, it gives an error. I was hoping to use the reconcile to clear the error.

    The error is a save operation on table POA_Ctrl ( POA40003).

    I am not sure how else I can clear this error message.
