Hi All,

I'm trying to import a MT940 that has IBAN code, but appears the following message: An unique bank account was not found for IBAN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX162.

Anyone knows if I must setup something additional in the bank account?

Hi Angie,

Please open the MT940 file and check if the Provided IBAN existed there.

There can be merged MT940 file for several bank accounts.

Hi Angie,

I guess that there are several IBAN codes in the file that may be related to other bank accounts in the company or in the companies. Can you check?

If you have several bank statement in one file, you can try to activate Import statement for multiple bank accounts in all legal entities while you import the MT940 file.
