Retail objects are not showing on the cloud-hosted machine running version 10.0.38. Can anyone assist me with how to recover them?
Download jobs failed due to missing retail (crt, ax) objects. Please see the image below for details.

A retail object is missing in version 10.0.38 on a cloud-hosted machine D365FO.

Starting from v38, I think you should install Sealed CSU in Dev VM (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/dev-itpro/setup-local-dev-env)

It then generates a RetailChannelDatabase and you can use it as Channel DB.

I applied the quality update, but the issue remains unresolved.

You can try to apply a latest available Quality update or the same Service Update to the environment so it will create those missing tables.

Hi, I tested on my demo environment, I cannot reproduce your issue. please check if the error is due to other issues.
