Hi Folks,

Could you please let me know the steps to update a SharePoint list when a new record is created in D365 F&O through Power Automate ? Specifically, I want to flow the record from D365 F&O to a SharePoint list using power automate whenever a new item is created in the released product.

Hey,

First you need a business event, that triggers an api request.

I havent found any under Product and information management category, you may try using Alerts. You can also create your custom business event via x++.

In Power Automate you create the following trigger.

If you have multiple alerts, you want to set a trigger condition. F.e., with a specific Alert subject and\or other conditions.

The next step would be to update a sharepoint item. I havent worked with this step, but there is plenty of material on the web, f.e.
