Hello,
Today I was walking a user through filtering a view in Activities, specifically All Phone Calls.
We set our filters up using the same criteria. We filtered Created on by This Month and then again by Last Month.
Both times the results we got were different. My count was lower by 4.
Any idea what would cause this?

Could you provide two screenshots? One screenshot from your filter criteria in the view, and the other screenshot from his filter criteria? Could you provide a better quality than the previous one (i cant read it because its a small screenshot).

I didn't screenshot my side but this a snippet of our conversation.
He has project manager rights and I'm the system administrator.
If anything, I would have expected my count to be higher and his lower.
We're using online version 9.1.0000.17162 and the 2020 release wave 1 has been enabled.

It could be a couple of reasons. Do you both have the same roles/user rights? And do you have screenshots of both the filtering?
