Hi,
Every 4. week we do env. resets.
We copy everything from Prod to Test and Dev.
In Test and Dev, IOM should be pointing to other fulfillment URL's.
Is there a smart way to do this? Can we use Environment variables in the Provider Logic Definitions?
Is this a built in flow or a custom flow?
If it is a custom flow, you could certainly use power automate to retrieve the environment url from an environment variable.
For out of the box, I am not sure we have a good solution for that yet, but would love to understand your use case more.
We aim to automate as much of the reset as possible, we run pipelines in DevOps to deploy different solutions in dynamics and setting the correct variables during deploy, my issue here is that all the provider flows inc. custom ones are in the default solution. Because of that we can't re-deploy the solution with the correct variable settings.
Unfortunately we don't have a better solution at this time. The flows are deployed in a default solution dynamically when you activate the system or or provider. We use the default solution because it is a known solution in every environment. We are exploring how to make this process easier.
