We are currently implementing Dynamics CRM with a go-live date of mid-September. We are trying to integrate with Marketo and encountering difficulty. Their support is terrible.

We are trying to find companies that have successfully integrated or have experience in this area. Does anyone have a good escalation path within Marketo?

Any support would be appreciated.

Third-party services can be used to integrate Marketo and Dynamics 365. For example, you can use the Skyvia cloud service. No coding platform with a freemium version

Hi! Our team did Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Marketo integration. It actually goes smooth, if you think about a few things in advance. There is a good article on this topic and a video.

Thanks. We are committed to using Marketo. Does anyone have any advice for using Marketo with Microsoft Dynamics? Can DynamicsMarketing interpret Marketo data better to manage the workflow?

I would recommend considering the use of either Click Dimensions or Dynamics Marketing. The solution you choose really depends on your requirements. Both of these solutions offer good support options and are certified for use with Dynamics CRM.

Would you mind sharing what you learned or connecting via phone for a quick call. I am about to integrate with the on-premise version and have not been able to validate some of my concerns and possible workaround solutions for optimal workflow. Appreciate any feedback or insight you have.

I do know of a company called N3 Results that is using Marketo with CRM 2013 online.

The triggers and filters in the interface seem very useful.

Scoring the behavior seems pretty good and the triggers respond to real time events.

I am not familiar with Marketo's support; but I'm afraid this is all too common! Are you currently using Marketo? What kind of marketing functions do you need?
