I'm getting the following message when trying to tender a sale on the secondary register: "Database connection not initialized".
Anyone else ever get this?

It was a loyalty add-on that wasn't configured correctly. Thank you for your posts!
Do you have any addons to RMS or POS 2009 installed. Sounds like an addon is not properly configured and giving an error.
What program is this, RMS or POS 2kx?
You say you get when trying to tender a sale. Is this occurring when you click the F12 Tender button? Or are you getting this message just when trying to launch the software? Does this occur every time? Or is is random? I think we would need more detail to help with this problem.
