I am getting this error as below while running this job queue:
"Initialisation and autodiscovery of Exchange web service is in progress : Autodiscovery of exchange service failed.."
Could anyone please help me to resolve this error?

What is the version of your BC? is it SaaS or on-prem? Also, did you use admin user to setup (Exchange Setup in BC) for email logging or other user? Is that admin user still valid?
If you are on SaaS can you go to Marketing Setup -> Action -> Function -> Validate Email Login Setup

As MahGah, suggested the version of NAV or BC is important, and if it is NAV make sure you are testing on the latest cumulative update and codebase, especially make sure the Codeunit 5064 Email Logging Dispatcher is the latest one.
Thank you for your reply. Everything looks good. I have a Validated Email Logging setup as well. What customer said is they are not receiving inbound emails in interaction log entries. So, now my question is how to determine which one is outbound and inbound mail in interaction log entries?
After you mentioned this about inbound/outbound I have the same question. I mean if you click on Attachment column then it opens the email (see below demo) but without I could not find a way to distinguish inbound/outbound. I hope someone can provide more info.
