Tender Types on a returned transaction

Hi everyone, didn't know about this forum until today this is awesome, need some assistance on an issue I have with an installation of POS, on doing a return it doesn't always show the original tender amounts, it's showing blanks at times, anyone know why this is happening, thanks.

     Hi Stanley,

    quick one: do you recall the transaction at POS? if you are recalling the transaction (based on the transaction number) it should always pick up the original amounts that were tendered.

    I'll try it out myself once I get in front of a POS installation and give you more feedback on this.
