Trying to generate a receivables statement for one of my customers and they would like to remove the credit balances however, when we try to de select credit balances from the report it does not allow us to de select it. It seems as if the options to modify the report have been disabled. How can we re enable them to select and de select the options to view credit balances.

The reason for this is because the form was modified so by going into Tools > Customise form and selecting the relevant field from editable false to editable true I was able to select the options that i required for the statement.
