Is it possible to do OTP verification in survey page? Is yes then let me know the steps to configure that.

It is does not supported by CRM you have to add custom plugin for that. Use this link:

Thanks for the reply, what i was looking for is that once OTP is generated & sent to customer's mobile, how to validate this OTP in the survey page? i mean how do i add the validation script in survey page.
