Hello,

Please see attached, where I indicated the fields and their names for Packing List.

These should be connected to fields in Sales Order tabcongo.PNG_2D00_640x480.png_2D00_640x480.png :

  • Seller’s Reference on Packing List showing info from “Our Reference” from Sales Order
  • Other Reference on Packing List showing info from “Your Reference” from Sales Order

Why is it not happening?

How do I fix it ?

Hi, If these two fields are not in the standard dataitem, you need to contact your Partner to add them.

You can use Report Layout Selection feature to export standard layout and check it.

Select the layout type of standard report.

Choose Export Layout or Edit Layout directly.

    Then edit the layout file.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

    Andreea,

The 2 fields in question I am guessing are populated on the Sales Order. If yes, and the Packing Slip is not populating those values, I would have your Partner ask a developer to look at the Report and see what the box is pointing too. I also don't see a heading so wondering if this is just not working. This is a simple fix by your Partner developer.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hello,

Could you please provide some repro steps for the community (best is to use a supported release of Dynamics NAV, the first supported release is Dynamics NAV 2018). Better or course is to use Dynamics 365 Business Central. You can get a trial release via https://trials.dynamics.com. Please verify the scenario in a CRONUS company.

    Thanks.
