A lot of failures from Field Service - Work Order Sharing/Unsharing System job

Hi

any one is facing the issue of having to much failures from  Field Service - Work Order Sharing/Unsharing System job 

i'm talking about 600 daily 

The error message is not the same all the times i'm having 3 

1- An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support

2- The server is busy and the request was not completed. Try again later.

3- This workflow job was canceled because the workflow that started it included an infinite loop. Correct the workflow logic and try again. For information about workflow logic

so should i raise a ticket or this is usual for Field service

    I would say contact Microsoft and see what they say. I think another person on this forum had the same issue and they contacted Microsoft as well. community.dynamics.com/.../242135

    hi abood,

    Basically first issue is popular where it is asking u to report an error occuring but it is not a really error where if u ignore it want create issues later according to microsoft dynamic , u can un tick the check box for report from Setting\Adminstration\SystemPreferences  uncheck the box where it asks for report error to microsoft  

    the server is busy it happened where i have restarted my server and it works properly again it may be according to the internet connectivity in some cases 

    for the third one not sure i need to check ur workflow to see what i can do ,
