OOB Process Flow diagrams?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is any literature available that show the out-of-the-box entities and their associated process flow diagrams? My boss has asked for it (probably to explain why customisation is required within CRM) and I can't find anything.

Hi,

There is not such literature exists at this point but you can make use of ER diagram where you can see entity and their association with another entities.
