Hi Everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me out on obtaining a direct deposit summary report. I have to submit some records and need gross pay for a few employees. The previous person printed a report called "Direct Deposit Summary" and this is exactly what I need, but for a different year.

Anyone know where i can find this report?

Please help!!!!

Hi,

I don't know which report that is, but you can most likely get the information you need from SmartList. What all is required to be on the report.

What I require on the report is just a summary of an employees gross pay per pay period.

It may be a custom report. Do you have custom dictionary in installed in your GP.

How would I find that out? To be honest this is my first time using GP. Its not our primary program, it just has data that we need to reference for 2011-2015 payroll data.

Hi Travis, we have several direct deposit reports, but so far I have not found one that states direct deposit summary. But if you want gross for a period, this is on the check history report by default. Reports | Payroll | History | Check History

This will show gross

Also Reports | Payroll | Period end, run it by this employee and date range the Payroll Summary report shows gross.

Last Reports | Payroll | Wage and Hour, the earnings summary can show gross too.

Lots of different options.

We store gross in the UPR30100 check history by check run, or UPR00900 employee summary by month.
